Need Event Idea For A Fitness, Spa & Salon Launch

The brand is Fitness, spa & salon center going to be launched in Delhi, Capital of India. 25 sq ft facility ; target audience: premium, up market class people;

THE BRAND IS ALREADY WELL ESTABLISHED IN BANGALORE AND HYDERABAD.
BRAND OFFERINGS: FITNESS, SPA, SALON
BRAND POSITIONING: LIFESTYLE BRAND

1) we are doing soft launch in the 25k sqft facility on one day
- 20 - 50 pg3, celebs n socialites attending this soft launch
- 11开始m ribbon cutting n then LUNCH n then press n media conf etc... in the evening with champagne drink
- its kinda day affair

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU IS TO SUGGEST ME SOME CONCEPTS/THEMES/EVENT IDEAS:

need concept/theme/event idea for this soft-launch ?? they dont want to do fashion show. they want some event which will entertain these guests in the soft launch which also suits the brand business focus, fitness n spa n salon.....! its kinda day affair event and its a thursday too.

2) we are doing the launch party in a 5-star HOTEL nightclub, DELHI on another day as an after party
- 500+ premium clients attending this launch party (celebs, pg3, socialites, classy ppl)
- media coverage as well
- 7pm till late night

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU IS TO SUGGEST ME SOME CONCEPTS/THEMES/EVENTS:

they are going to do somekinda mini fashion show. they want some concept which will suits the brand business focus, fitness n spa n salon.....! its kinda night affair event and its a monday too.

so, pls suggest some concepts/themes/event ideas which will match the above requirement. ??

    Go-go dance (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Go-Go_dancing). Have dance "performers" show their moves while exercising: on a treadmill, holding weights, exercise bands, exercise balls, etc. The "go-go" theme would likewise appeal to the brand, since the goal of exercising is to be able to have the energy to do (go-go) a lot of fun things.

    Hello Jay Hamilton-Roth, Thanks a ton for your highly valuable suggestion for a theme for the launch. It fits the requirement for Fitness :) but the client is also looking for some Spa as well as Salon based theme concepts, ideas n events ??

    Basically, they want a one-stop theme/concept/event with some form of entertainment where they can entertain the guests as well as showcase their 1) Fitness + 2) SPA + 3) SALON services/offerings.....??

    You could do a live hair show. You have a bunch of models on a stage getting their hair styled by hair stylists. This can fit in with a theme. There are some pretty crazy hair shows that do very funky/weird haridos on the models, and the hair stylists are real performers, so it's fun to watch. But you could also do more serious style hairdos instead if that works better with your brand.

    You could have a smoothie bar, or an organic foods bar.

    Free massages or manicures/pedicures? Even if you could only do hand massages or shoulder massages, it would be nice.

    Hello Tracey, Thanks a ton for your highly valuable suggestion for a hair-do and spa theme for the launch. It fits the requirement of the brand. The client is also looking for some kind of ENTERTAINMENT(they dont want a fashion show) for 7th august since they are already doing a fashion show on 11th august. So can anybody recommend some entertainment which will somehow connect to the brand - fitness, spa n salon ? concept ? theme ? event ? entertainment ?
