Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Some customer will bring a new technology to Turkey. This is a patisserie. This technology is a refrigerator only to keep cakes in it. you make the cake and store it in -40C refrigerator. Then before selling it you "defrost" it at -18C in the same refrigerator. The difference between frozen food and this is that the taste doesn't change from the original cake. Tests had been done and it had been proved. So it is not a frozen cake category. When you sell it to a end-user you keep it in -4C again in the same refrigerator. in that degree the cake is stored in its original softness and freshness.

The customer line f or this product is hotels and markets. basically anyone who will have to keep stock for cakes.

The only thing i don't want is any names that contain frozen. Cause the name frozen automatically starts negative ideas "in Turkey"
