Name For A Series Of New/pre Development Houses

We are building traditional style, single story brick homes. Our current group of house will consist of 8 homes and expected completion date of December 2011. I am trying to come up with a catchy name for the series of homes...something along the lines of Charleston's "Rainbow Row" or "Street of Dreams." The community is based around nature, active living and green building.

    Who are you targeting (age, demographic, gender, etc.)?
    Where are they located?
    Why are your homes better/different from others in your area?
    Is the pricing competitive?
    Is the community just these 8 homes, or are these the newest addition to a larger community?

    Our target is 55+ upper middle retired couples. Homes located in the center of town but a gated community. The homes are different because they are all single level living, maintenance free and green built along with zero lot lines. Pricing is somewhat competitive but more on the high side for the area. The 8 homes are the first batch of a total of 80.
