Slogan

I am putting together a new business card and marketing campaign for a real estate team. I live by the ocean and want to market to properties in proximity to the beaches or directly on the beach. My first name is Sandy and I want to incorporate my name into the advertising. I was thinking something like the following: "It's always Sandy on the beaches". Any ideas?

    Consider some alliteration:

    Sandy''s Seaside Specialists: Sale/Rental of Beach Property (tag)

    Sandy''s Seaside Sales; Specializing in Beach Properties

    Sandy''s Seaside (or Beach) Realty
