Need Tagline Help For Brochure/program

I helped create a program where a site is built and it is guaranteeing 1st page SEO rankings within 6 months of site launch. I am stuck creating that memorable hook that should convince the prospect to take action in the leave behind brochure: Some taglines considered (but still are missing the impact) are:

Guaranteed Local Search Results
Expert Web Design & Local Search Rankings
Cool Design, Hot Local Rankings
SEO—Locally Done for your Business
Your Website, speaking to customers and search engines
Websites, Optimized for Your Hometown
Neighborhood Websites-Ranked at the Top

Transform Your Online Reputation with the Total Package

Anybody got any suggestions on which one you like best OR if you have any other ideas, I open to it.

    Phil,
    Good Point on the guarantee, in fact I agree with you, however, this client is insisting on it because of perceived competition doing the same thing.

    The guarantee is that the website ranks on the 1st page of results on a mutually agreed realistic search term in rural cities after 6 months of site launch with blogs and press release support (where there isn't a lot of competition, so in theory, this should be a slam dunk). If after 6 months after site launch, it isn't ranking, then the client doesn't pay until it is there.

    This is for SMB's that need some sort of online presence and haven't really done anything so far.
