What can you offer that the thousand other online boutiques offer? You face stiff competition for this lucrative market, and all the top seats are taken.

We need to know who your best customer is - not just female, middle class and living in downtown Delhi. We need to know their likes and dislikes, that is to say, style, colour and anything else that they like (chocolates, travel destinations and all that sort of thing).

Is there anything you don't do, or can't? Can you supply one bad reference - because presenting this will show you as honest. It can be countered with something strong, so don't worry about it damaging your reputation!!
